Class Schedule

Class Policy(s):

To prevent over saturation of our classes and group sessions, you MUST pre-register 24hrs in advance by telephone or  text message.  Please leave your Name, Phone Number and Class(s) day/time you’re registering for.

Registration: If you register/reserve a space for any of our classes and do not show up to complete the scheduled session,  you will forfeit that session and it will be deducted from your package purchased.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel a class session, you MUST contact Garage Muscle Athletic Group 24hrs. in advance. All cancellations done the day of the scheduled class will result in a Forfeit of session and will be deducted from your package purchased.     

Arrival Time: Please make it a point to arrive no sooner then 5 minutes early to prevent the disruption of other client(s) sessions.    

  Please Note: Class/Sessions times are subject to change frequently. All participants will be notified of any changes if any shall occur.
